Copyright rules in the Digital Single Market must allow for Innovation
This debate article concerns the
Directive for Copyright in the Digital Single Market
that is being prepared in the European Union. Our clipping library is an example of an activity that would no longer be allowed under such a system. The article discusses some of the negative effects that would result from the proposed directive.
