Rättighet att och rättighet till
red-094  (2013-11-16).
The article is based on the observation that the principle of religious freedom is sometimes used to assert the right to perform or not to perform certain acts, and sometimes to assert the right for certain benefits. It further states that the right 'to' is in principle regulated by law, while the right 'for' normally regulated by government decision. The article discusses problems with this handling, and suggests that they should be resolved by the state formally establishing what is included and what is not included in a 'religion' in the sense of our country.

Lagbrott och värderingsbrott, stat och nation
red-076  (2017-04-29).
In this article, I present some suggestions on how societal values should be affirmed and supported. I use the term "value crime" for deviations from societal values, in analogy with "crime". Furthermore, it is discussed what sanctions value violations can have in our society today, and what needs and opportunities exist for further development of the societal values. The article concludes with a concrete proposal on the relationship between societal values and the civic concept of nation.
